A Powerful Hour
United Way organized agency tours provide an eye-opening experience for you and your employees to see first hand how your donations are changing lives.

These powerful visits allow participants to experience a side of our community they might not otherwise see. Tours are intended to provide insight and perspective, as well as background information, and to assist volunteers in answering questions that they may encounter during their workplace campaigns. How does the United Way help? What does the United Way funding mean to member agencies? Who uses the services provided by the member agencies?

Pressed for Time?
If you aren’t able to arrange to go directly to an agency, we can arrange for them to come to you. Just let us know when and where, and United Way will make all the arrangements to have a client ambassador come talk to your workplace.

After witnessing the reality of life for many Central Albertans, participants are often inspired to become more engaged in their community and the United Way campaign.
