Funding Opportunities

We are pleased to share our newest Community Impact Strategy, which outlines our priorities for the next three years.

Granting Streams

Any eligible organization that address the priorities that were identified in the Community Impact Strategy will be able to apply for multi-year program funding, project funding, and small grants.

Important Dates for Agencies 

Multi-year grants for programs whose work aligns with our priorities.   

  • Applications Open: March 16th, 2026, and close April 17th at midnight.  
  • Successful applicants for the multi-year grants will have their contracts begin on July 1, 2026.  

Project funding for one-time initiatives or innovative ideas. Included in this category are small grants for Professional Development and Capital and Equipment.   

  • Applications open on April 1st, 2026, and are available year-round while funds remain.  
  • Muti-Year Grant

    The purpose of the multi-year grants are to enable longer term and more stable access to funding in one of these three categories:

    1. BASIC NEEDS – Ensuring access to basic needs
    2. MENTAL HEALTH – Increasing access to suitable mental health services
    3. BRIGHTER FUTURES – Creating positive futures with new possibilities
  • Brighter Future Project Grants

    The purpose of the project grants is to enable smaller one-time projects to access funding in one of these five categories:

    1. Create opportunities that strengthen youth and young adults who identify as 2SLGBTOIA+.
    2. Innovative ideas that improve employment prospects.
    3. Are innovative ideas that enable people to build assets and gain financial security.
    4. Create opportunities that strengthen members of the Indigenous community. Projects must be led by individuals/organizations for whom the project intends to support. 
    5. Create opportunities that strengthen systemically underserved communities. Projects must be led by individuals/organizations for whom the project intends to support 
  • Professional Development Grants

    The purpose of the professional development funds is to foster future leadership capacity by enabling organizational leaders, including senior staff and volunteers, to participate in professional development opportunities that enhance their ability to lead their organization.

  • Capital and Equipment Grants

    The purpose of the capital and equipment fund is to assist agencies with necessary improvements to meet licensing or safety requirements or to renovate your facility to improve or expand services.
