GenNext brings together dedicated professionals in their 20s and 30s who are committed to shaping the future of our community. As an affinity group of United Way Central Alberta, GenNext empowers each of its volunteer members to develop a deeper understanding of local issues while igniting a passion for leadership and philanthropy to drive meaningful change.

Central Alberta’s 40 Under 40 by GenNext recognizes the exceptional talent and leadership of young professionals in the region. In its inaugural year, this initiative aims to highlight 40 outstanding individuals under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions to their communities through their professional and personal achievements.
