United Way Central Alberta Announces Honourees for the 2025 GenNext 40 Under 40

Celebrating 40 incredible leaders shaping the future of Central Alberta!

Friday, November 14, 2025 Red Deer, AB – United Way Central Alberta is proud to celebrate the incredible contributions of leaders in our community through GenNext’s 2025 40 Under 40 Campaign. This initiative recognizes 40 outstanding individuals under the age of 40 who are making a significant impact in Central Alberta through their leadership, innovation, and community involvement, inspiring us all to do more for our community.

The GenNext Committee, a United Way affinity group, is dedicated to engaging young professionals and emerging leaders in meaningful community action. GenNext provides opportunities for networking, volunteering, and philanthropy, empowering individuals to make a tangible difference while building connections.

In its second year, the 40 Under 40 initiative shines a spotlight on those who are shaping the future of our region, whether through business, volunteerism, advocacy, or creative endeavors. These honorees, who come from diverse backgrounds and fields, exemplify the values of collaboration, compassion, and commitment that strengthen our communities.
